Draft Data

Introduction
When a user is allowed to view Draft Data, this user is able to view data in future periods. This functionallity gives authorized users the abbillity to analyze data not yet approved for normal use.
User setting
Check Draft Data in User Maintainance to allow a user to view Draft Data.
In the following table you can see the impact of being allowed to see draft data.

To maintain the current and draft period you go to maintain variables in the Report Administration Ribbon.
The Variables are @PER_current and @PER_draft. You can set these per application.

If a user is not allowed to view draft data and the draft period variable is configured as shown above then the POV bar would look like this:
