From CXO Cockpit Reporting Suite Documentation

1. Select the StoryBoard you want send on the home screen
2. Press the export button (1. in the screenshot)
3. Press the email button (Second to last button in from 2. in the screenshot)
4. Outlook will open with a new email, you can send the email to any other user.
5. The receipient of the email can click the link and the CXO-Cockpit will be started with the new Storyboard.

Note: You will only send a reference to a Storyboard. The sender of the storyboard remains the owner and can apply changes. The receipient can only view the Storyboard.
