Export StoryBoard
From CXO Cockpit Reporting Suite Documentation
Storyboards can be exported on the homepage to:
- Excel (only excel enabled templates will be exported)
- Powerpoint
- Via email to another user (StoryBoard will not be exported but a link will be send via email)
- Send StoryBoard as View. Read more about the CXO-Viewer in the article.
Folow these steps to export a storyboard (see screenshot)
1. Press 'export StoryBoard' button
2. Select an export format
- Export StoryBoard to PDF
- Export StoryBoard to Excel
- Export StoryBoard to Powerpoint
- Email the Selected StoryBoard (POV Fix not available)
- Send StoryBoard as View
3.Before the storyboard starts you can fix any POV dimension that has been used in the storyboard. read more about this in the POV Fixes artcile. (not applicable when emailing the StoryBoard)
4. You can Click on 'Check Export Jobs Status' button to download the document after it completes. (the window will automatically open after an export job is started)
The exporting/printing is done asynchronously by the CXO print service. You can wait for the job to finish or you can continue analysing reports and press the Check Export Jobs 
button later.
